Title: Watercress Mayonnaise

Yield: 1 Cup

1/2lgBunch watercress, leaves only
1 Shallot, coarsely chopped
2tbTarragon vinegar
1/2tsSalt
  Pinch of black pepper
  Pinch of cayenne pepper
1cHomemade mayonnaise
